We are looking for a Sales Associate who can perform sales duties in the Tennis Pro Shop and assist with back office duties.

Essential Functions:

• Handle all opening and closing procedures.
• Operate computer and cash register.
• Assist with bi–annual inventory.
• Maintain overall order of tennis shop to include: Answer customer questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise.
• Be informed of property information and facts about daily events in order to answer questions about the tennis program and hotel activities.
• Take court reservations and tennis lesson reservations over telephone and in person.
• Interact with teaching staff to ensure guest needs are met.
• Change message board outside of shop as needed.
• Assist with maintenance of staff restroom.
• Monitor all shop supplies and forms, including the following: Maintain member phone book and make updates monthly.
• Assist Director of Tennis with tennis reservations.
• Attend all tennis staff meetings and report on your area of responsibility.
• Communicate with existing and prospective clientele by telephone to increase participation and to ensure that clinics, camps, and programs are filled.
• Adhere to the dress code and conduct policies for all staff 

Start Date: March – May

Pay Rate: US$10.20/hour

Minimum Contract Length: 6 months
