• The Junior Staff Program consists of students who work with the children and families that are members or guests at Sea Island.
• The Junior Staff assist with implementing and executing the many programs offered by the Youth Activities department.
• Camp Cloister is offered daily for children ages 3-14, along with numerous programs in the afternoon and evening. Examples of these programs include Cookie Cutters, Tie Dye, Kids\’ Night Out, and Under the Sea Workshop.
• The Junior Staff will help ensure that programs are run smoothly and promote the Sea Island legacy of warm and genuine hospitality.

Requirements:

• Ability to instruct in a wide variety of recreational activities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Must be adult and child CPR, AED, and First Aid certified.
