Terms and Conditions

Planning your OE? Welcome to International Working Holidays
Terms and Conditions UK
International Working Holidays provides various job, arrival, employment, and visa packages for the UK.
As a participant in any of our UK programs you must perform your duties to the best of your ability when working in the UK. You indemnify International Working Holidays (IWH) its related bodies corporate, employees, agents, officers, and authorised representatives against any loss or damage it suffers as a result of your negligence or breach of these terms.
International Working Holidays acts as an agent only. We facilitate the arrangement between you and the employer or our Arrival UK Partners and we sell various travel related products on behalf of numerous transport, accommodation and other wholesale service providers, such as airlines, coach and rail operators. While we do our utmost to only work with the best partners, we have no control or responsibility for these services nor do we make or give any warranty or representation regarding their standard.
All bookings are made subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by these individual service providers. Your legal recourse is against the specific provider and not the Agent (IWH). If for any reason, any third party provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted your remedy lies against the provider and not with IWH.
We do not accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements, products or services.
We do not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.
Participants are required to be in good physical and mental health and do not have any known medical conditions that could affect their ability to participate in the program.
IWH will deal only with the individual listed on the application and no other third party/parent or representative without written instruction and permission from the applicant.
All participants are required to work legally in the UK with a valid Working Holiday visa or by other means.

We suggest full UK/Europe trip cancellation insurance for the unlikely event you will need to cancel your trip to the UK. You should apply for the fee transfer in writing to IWH PO Box 99581 Newmarket Auckland 1149.
